Mr. Shiv Chaturvedi, Founder of Shiv & Associates. With experience of more than 3.5 decades in Audits of Government Companies, Central Cooperatives, PSU Banks and various corporates, he has been on board of Govt companies. He specializes in Advisory and Management of External Commercial Borrowings (ECB’s) for one of the Biggest Govt. NBFC.

Mrs. Agarwal has 18 years of professional experience starting with SOX compliances, implementation of Oracle 9i, development of IT applications related to compliances in US and Ireland etc. Presently engaged in conceptualizing, designing & implementation of various Projects under MSME category and supervising corporate compliance for companies and LLPs.

In his 9 years of career, Mr. Vashisht has worked across multiple industries including telecommunication, media & entertainment, finance & banking and FMCG, providing tax consultancy, audit and assurance services to corporates. He also extensive experience of working with multiple NGOs for their registrations and compliances.
Mr. Sarthak Goyal
Mr. Sarthak Goyal, leads Internal Audits and Risk Management team since 7 years. He has been in development of Internal Financial Controls, SOPs, ERP upgradation for corporates. He has been trained for Fraud Investigations & Forensic Audits, specialized Financial Audits and Internal Control System. To his profile, he creates various short on-line presentations for enhancing professional capacities of colleagues in-house and for internal circulation amongst clients.
