Project Financing refers to the process of funding a project which is generally of long term nature. Every new capital-intensive project requires capital and finding an appropriate source of financing is paramount. Sources of capital are banks, NBFCs, private equity investor etc. Further, the proper mix of debt and equity to find an optimum level is necessary.

Long term funding is generally for a period of more than a year such as term loan for a purchasing a machinery or construction of a building.

Techno- Economic Studies:

A techno-Economic Analysis is carried out to understand the product or service you are entering, anticipated selling price and cost of production. Various techniques are used to analyze a project from economic angle such as discounted cash flow method or IRR ( Internal Rate of Return).
